We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our studio.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
All sales are final once an order has been placed.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please carefully review all customization details, including names, dates, birth months, photos, colors, and other selections before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your customization information, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes if your order has not yet entered production.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the customization information you provided, please contact us within of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
We are not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, incorrect birth months, incorrect addresses, or other customization details.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because many products are made to order, cancellation or modification may not be possible once production has started.
